Meet the Doctors
Dr. Ryan Nienaber DC
Dr. Ryan Nienaber was born in Victoria BC, Canada where he grew up and attended school. During elementary school, he competed in multiple track and field events with long distance running being his forte. Over the next couple of years he played rugby, which was the precursor to his first chiropractic experience.
Dr. Ryan continued seeing a chiropractor over the years for various ailments, as he stayed extremely active in sports and weight trained on a daily basis. It wasn’t until he was hit in a head on collision while riding a motorcycle that he truly experienced the power of chiropractic. He had been under the care of multiple specialists in the medical field for many months without any signs of relief. It was during this time that he became frustrated with traditional medicine (taking pain killers and muscle relaxers) and decided that he needed to pursue something else. Dr. Ryan began seeing his chiropractor and immediately saw results. The daily headaches were eliminated, the “fogginess” in his thought process was lifted, and he was able to return to his previous level of physical fitness. For Dr. Ryan, it was a life-changing event that made him excited to pursue chiropractic as a potential profession. It made so much more sense than merely masking a symptom, and he wanted to help people the way his chiropractor helped him.
In 1998, Dr. Ryan moved to Portland, Oregon to attend the four-year program at University of Western States. He played an active role in campus life as an elected officer of the student body. He was able to continue to weight train and kickbox during his time at school, and then started to pursue his passion of training in Muay Thai with Brazilian Jui Jitsu. This sports background has really solidified his understanding of sports related injuries and given him a valuable edge in treating such injuries in his practice today.
Outside of work and sports, Dr. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, two young boys, Noah and Paxton, and two Boxers, Nalla and Bauer.
Dr. Mark Brandt DC
From a young age, Dr. Mark Brandt wanted a career that would allow him to help others. Chiropractic provided him with an opportunity to work directly with patients and help them manage pain, improve their function, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Dr. Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University before completing a second bachelor’s degree in Human Biology at the University of Western States. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mark enjoys spending time with his family. Their favorite activities include camping, attending sporting events, and playing board games together.
Dr. Mark enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them develop a plan of care that fits their individual needs and goals.

Rosa Rodriguez LMT
My approach blends Eastern and Western techniques, drawing from a variety of therapeutic and relaxation modalities, including Swedish massage, sports massage, stretching, Thai-inspired techniques, and trigger point therapy. Rather than following the same routine with every client, I listen to the body and adapt each session to what you need that day.
I believe effective bodywork doesn’t always have to mean pushing harder. Sometimes we work more deeply and intentionally with stubborn areas of tension; other times, the body responds best to slower, gentler work that allows it to feel safe enough to let go. I pay close attention to that balance throughout each session.
My goal is to create massage that feels both purposeful and deeply restorative—helping you leave feeling more comfortable, connected, and at ease in your body.
Dr. Ryan N. is the best chiropractor I have found. My husband has been treated by him for years, and I started my treatment a little over a year ago. He is the first doctor to not only treat my current pain but also help lessen the pain. I was initially going to see him 2 times a week out of necessity, but now I can go weeks before needing realignment! Him and his admin staff are fabulous! Always so welcoming and very communicative. I never feel like I can't get in to see him when my pain level worsens for whatever reason. I drive about an hour one way for treatment. He is well worth the drive!
